Protecting search visibility during a regional e-commerce migration
Regional SEO MigrationA regional healthcare and wellness brand migrated its Malaysia and Singapore e-commerce websites from legacy subdomains to new Shopify domains, creating a risk of lost rankings, organic traffic and market-specific visibility.
A post-migration review identified gaps involving redirects, sitemap and indexation signals, canonical and hreflang implementation, and competition between the brand’s Malaysia and Singapore product pages in search results.
Developed a prioritised SEO recovery plan covering redirect validation, Google Search Console monitoring, sitemap and indexation checks, regional SEO signals, priority-page optimisation and weekly performance tracking.

Content & SEO GrowthA leading Southeast Asian price comparison platform needed to increase its organic visibility across highly competitive shopping and e-commerce categories while ensuring its content remained useful, relevant and aligned with customer search behaviour.
Content and search analysis identified gaps in keyword coverage, inconsistent alignment with search intent, opportunities to refresh existing pages and areas where stronger internal linking could improve discoverability and topical authority.
Developed and executed an SEO-led content strategy covering keyword research, topic prioritisation, content briefs, on-page optimisation, content refreshes and internal linking. Performance data was used to continuously refine topics and identify new growth opportunities.
The work expanded the platform’s coverage of relevant non-branded searches, strengthened the visibility of priority content and created a more structured approach to producing and optimising content at scale.
